阻抗复合其实是说吸声、消声处理中的多孔材料与穿孔空腔结构搭配,CAS-QW系列的隔声墙就是在阻抗复合方法的基础上,增添阻尼隔声毡材,进一步提升隔声性能,可在抑制混响噪声的同时又能有效隔声的工业噪声隔墙结构。

常见砖混墙体(120mm)、双层石膏板轻质隔墙计权隔声量一般可达40dB,为什么不将其作为工业降噪墙体?
The common brick concrete wall (120mm) and double-layer gypsum board light partition generally have a weighted sound insulation capacity of 40dB. Why not use it as an industrial noise reduction wall?
一是因为工业噪声本身具有持续产生、声压级高的特点;二是因为砖混墙体、轻质隔墙等以“增加质量”、“质量-弹簧-质量” 原理为基础的隔声结构组成狭小隔声房或隔声罩时,内部空间会因声波在壁面间的反射形成混响声场,甚至产生驻波,使噪声大幅增强。传统的设备降噪方法一般是独设设备房(有效隔声),房间内部再进行吸声处理(降低室内回声),但不免会存在这样的问题:砖混结构笨重且成本高,夹芯板结构又常常隔声性能不足。

墙体内侧为透声的薄穿孔板,空气声几乎无反射地进入多孔吸声材料内,经多孔吸声材料吸收耗散、隔声毡材阻尼隔声,声能巨幅地衰减,不再次生混响、驻波噪声;外侧的金属板与龙骨之间也由较薄的吸声毡(图中的CAS-AX)隔振,降低了外侧面振动声辐射。该结构真正将吸声隔声有机结合,轻便实用。

对于仅填充吸声材料的传统隔声构件,隔声量曲线近似为一条上扬的斜线,而CAS-QW隔声墙在 500Hz 频带附近的隔声量就高达40dB,使得曲线的高隔声量频带十分宽广,分析认为是CAS-AP隔声毡很好地补足了中低频带隔声量。更宽的高隔声量频带,也就表明可处理成分更复杂的噪声。

The analysis shows that the CAS_AP sound insulation felt is a good complement to the sound insulation of medium and low frequency bands. The wider frequency band of high sound isolation means that it can deal with the noise with more complex components.
